The Problem

A dated master bathroom had dry-rotted subfloor, a leaking shower pan, and insufficient ventilation — all common issues in older Santa Barbara homes.

Our Solution

We gutted the bathroom to the studs, replaced the rotted subfloor, built a waterproofed curbless shower with a linear drain, and installed heated floors with a custom double vanity and floor-to-ceiling large-format porcelain tile.
