We removed the old roofing, inspected and repaired the deck, installed new synthetic underlayment and flashing, and installed a new clay tile roof system. The tiles were laid with proper spacing and fastening for wind resistance.
Full exterior repaint — stucco crack repair, priming, two-coat premium finish
We pressure-washed, repaired stucco cracks, patched bare wood, and applied a premium low-VOC two-coat system. The color was selected through a consultation with the homeowners to complement the Ojai landscape.
